About MARK

My name is Mark Flesher and I am a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Brown Realtors and am the Designated Managing Broker of the O’Fallon and Highland offices. I started my career in real estate in 2012 where I worked in the Troy office with Coldwell Banker Brown. I got my Managing Brokers license in 2016 and then in February of 2018, I moved to the O’Fallon office where I became the Designated Managing Broker. In November of 2024 I became the Designated Managing Broker of our Highland office as well. I am currently the Designated Managing Broker at the O’Fallon and Highland offices. In 2023 I decided it was time to step up and do more with real estate in our area so I ran for a position on the Board of Directors of our local Realtor Association, the Southwestern Illinois Board of Realtors (SIBR) which has over 1800 members. I was elected for a 3 year term to serve as a director. In 2024 I was elected to serve as part of the executive team of the Realtor Association for the next three years. In 2025 I served as the Vice President. In 2026 I served as the President-elect and in 2027 I served as the President. Being a Designated Managing Broker has been amazing. What I love the most is working hand in hand with the agents in my company: helping, supporting and watching them grow as agents. Seeing that growth and how it translates into their success is why I do what I do. Being a Director, Vice President, President-elect and finally President on Southwestern Illinois Board of Realtors has taken that to a new level, helping our entire association of realtors grow.
