If you want a realtor that answers the phone live every time you call, has showings organized around a busy family's home, and has a network of agents and buyers, I strongly recommend Mark Geier.

Selling and buying real estate can be stressful with many different things to do to prepare the house. One must also ensure everyone involved in the transaction has accurate and relevant information. Mark was connected to everyone involved in the sale of my house, which took less than a week, and his attention to all the details in communication were done perfectly!

Mark is an expert realtor. I’ve worked with him on multiple homes now. He is professional, ethical, and wise. One time I tried to sell a home on my own and it sat on the market for months. Mark took over the listing and he brought a buyer right away! He has a vast network of people looking to buy and sell. Mark was amazing when selling my home! We needed to sell our home quickly due to a life change and Mark got our home listed and took off running and never slowed down. He was always available with any questions we had and was never inconvenienced by anything we asked of him. He was always very honest and straight forward with us on everything throughout the process and we always felt like we were his priority even though you know he has other listings which I’m sure they all felt that they were his priority. Mark goes over and above what I would have expected from a realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to sell a home or purchase a new home.
