Mark Geiger

Mark was born into a family of apartment operators in Southern California and it is from them he learned all phases of management. Growing up he recognized his passion for real estate and to this day continues to enjoy working with vendors, leasing units, and operating books and records.

As a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Business School with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance, he went on to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California. Post-college Mark started selling and leasing commercial property and his leasing and sales expertise lead him to become a multi-million-dollar producer annually.

With the changing real estate market, Mark along with his partner Kevin Smith
decided to start their own venture, Spectrum Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1991. Their company manages, leases, & sells properties in Southern California. Mark is the owner-operator of his own portfolio of rental properties and continues to represent several additional owners in acquiring & managing their investment properties.

When Mark isn’t at the office, he enjoys spending his free time playing beach volleyball, traveling and hanging out in Newport Beach with his wife and 3 kids.
