You won't find a better realtor than Mark Hanover. He's attentive and diligent. He knew what we wanted and worked hard to find us homes within our price range. Mark was there when we needed him and was very accommodating to our work schedules, showing a few homes late into the evening. He is very knowledgeable as to the entire process and answered all questions that we had along the way. We highly recommend Mark for all of your real estate needs!

Mark is the ideal realtor that everyone should have. Working long distance from PA, Mark responded to every inquiry I had, whether by phone or text . His response was quick and answered all my questions. He made himself available when I visited FL to look at certain homes. When I found my dream hone which was 50 miles from his office, he made countless trips to be with me every step of the way.
I highly recommend Mark as a realtor - you won’t be disappointed!

I moved from Virginia to Port Charlotte and used Mark as a realtor. I made several trips over a 9 month period to Florida to look at potential homes. With every visit I made he was available and took me to at least 4 houses on every trip. I put a bid on two homes but did not end up purchasing the properties. Many realtors would have given up on me at that point . Mark stayed the course and continued to show me properties that I was interested in. He was patient and willing to spend as much time as needed with each house shown. He is level headed and thorough in his evaluation of each house and when I asked questions he was quick to find answers. He recommended a great inspection company and an insurance agent. He also recommended a good warranty company for the appliances. He is honest and trustworthy. I would use him again. He is a real estate agent that you can trust.

Mark helped me with a real estate purchase in Port Charlotte. He worked hard to find exactly what I was looking for and got me the best price possible. As an out of state investor, I relied heavily on his knowledge of the local area. He was very responsive and always available when I needed him. Highly recommend!

Mark was a blessing! He knew I was entering the home buying/selling process with a lot of other things on my plate and he was incredibly patient and supportive of me through the entire process. He was always accessible and easy to get ahold of. Through his efforts and guidance, my home sold very quickly and he got me into my dream home. Mark is a joy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
