About Mark
Mark Haroldsen joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield. His understanding of the Utah market, specifically in Summit and Wasatch counties, have proven him a true leader in the real estate investment industry. He recently finished developing a 468 unit temperature controlled self-storage facility in the Heber Valley and will continue to assist clients with these type of residual investments.
Haroldsen brings a wealth of experience in property acquisition, management and deal structure to the Colliers team. He has been involved in many aspects of the commercial real estate industry from the disposition and acquisition of industrial, retail, multifamily and office, as well as consulting clients for favorable debt structures.
After several years of managing residential property Mark had the opportunity to move into the commercial property management industry. His extensive management experience combined with his excellent communication and public relations skills provided him the opportunity to quickly garner contracts to manage office buildings and retail sites. Mark’s attention to detail and his ability to manage properties of all sizes created great opportunities for him to manage projects in Idaho, Kansas, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas and Utah.
Mark has been involved in all aspects of the industry from due diligence to financing and refinancing, acquisitions, and consulting. Having worked from the vantage point of both buyer and seller Mark understands the need for good open negotiations and team work in order to bring a transaction to close.
