Mark doesn't just sell you a house, he helps you find your home. He combs through every house with you and points out any potential fixes/flaws , gives you his opinion about a property, shows you how he would approach looking for a house and the things he looks at and for. . Mark makes the entire process very easy and explains everything in detail. From paper work to home walk throughs he really does every thing he can to make it as enjoyable and easy as possible.

Mark was a pleasure to work with in the process of purchasing my first home. Referred highly from a friend, he did not disappoint one bit. I was truly unsure of what kind of property I wanted when I started my search, but Mark was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. We had looked at multi-family homes, single family homes, foreclosed homes, fixer-uppers, etc. Mark was very insightful in regards to the key things to be looking out for when investing your hard-earned money into a property of your own, as this is obviously a significant life decision. After a long search of approximately 6 months or so, I finally found the one and couldn’t be more happy with the end result. Mark had many suggestions in the area regarding inspectors, title companies, homeowners insurance options, and more, which was great for someone (like myself) who moved to a completely new area. I finally feel settled in, there were no major issues (knock on wood) during the entire home buying process to date, and can’t wait to open my in-ground pool in the coming weeks! If you are unsure of whether or not to use an agent, or which agent to use, I would absolutely consider reaching out to Mark. I know I sure would personally use his expertise again in the future.

I used Mark to sell my previous home and purchase my current one. He was always very accommodating with showing us houses. He is extremely knowledgeable on potential property problems. We purchased a short sale and he was very thorough in his explanation of the process and setting realistic expectations. From a sales perspective, his starting price was in line with the market and appraisal. When buying or selling, you need to trust your realtor and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

After considering several realtors I selected Mark and could not have been more please with that decision. At the point I was putting my townhouse up for sale I had already moved 1 1/2 hours away. This distance would have caused many problems and several 3+ hour round trips if not for Mark's willingness to suggest vendors, coordinate schedules with them allowing them entrance into my home and scheduling and coordinating the CO inspection.
As I said to Mark, I expect people to do their jobs and do them well - that is what we get paid for, but Mark truly went above and beyond my expectations and made what could have been a very stressful and problematic period very easy for me.
I could not recommend Mark more highly. He is very well versed in all aspects of the process, knows the local market very well, responds to inquiries immediately and does whatever is necessary to ensure an outstanding result. If you are buying or selling a home in the area Mark is your man!

My boyfriend and I worked with Mark while searching for our first home & mark was more than helpful. Before we even got into the actual search Mark took the time to make sure we understood the process and requested in detail exactly what we were looking for, shortly after the listings came flowing through. We received daily listings of houses that included our wants/needs as well as staying within our price range. Mark was always available and always willing to help us with everything we needed. I was able to send an address to Mark and within a day or so we received as much information as he could get. Mark worked hard to be sure we were able to get into and see houses we had high interest in and always inspected the homes and provided his own input. We legit would not be where we are today without all of Mark's help! I have already referred friends to Mark because his dedication is hard to come by. I will always referr Mark in the future!
