About Mark

I moved to Dune Acres when I was nine. Growing up, I spent hours along the lakeshore or on the water watching and learning as the lake ebbed and flowed. I have shared these experiences with my clients warning them of potential issues or sharing my experiences to help them alleviate their concerns.

Whether it is in Ogden Dunes or Long Beach I have advised my clients along the shoreline. Professionally I worked in Chicago at the Board of Trade. Then I came back to Dune Acres and started a construction company and different partnerships which allowed me to build hundreds of homes, duplexes, condominiums, and apartment communities. I find my construction and design experience has become very valuable for my clients.

My husband and I have worked with Mark on a couple of home purchases and dubbed Mark "The Most Helpful Man in the World". We struggled with whether to move our of our area and Mark was knowledgeable about both our town areas & subdivisions as well as the neighboring town & subdivisions. It was super helpful that Mark knows so many people and could get the skinny on the surrounding areas. Mark's always patient and kind. When he offers insight, he looks at things from multiple angles and has a good sense of what Sellers and Buyers are thinking during negotiations.
