Mark is EXACTLY who you want representing your home for sale! This is something I realized throughout the process of selling. He got me 40k MORE than another realtor said that I would get!!! There were a couple of hiccups and Mark Keene simply handled them. He ALWAYS answered his phone/texts/emails. Excellent communicator. Kept me in the loop!!! In my 30 + years of real estate investing I have not seen his equal. My only regret is meeting him recently. NOTHING was a problem for Mark which made my life EASY PEASY. He knows the market. He knows construction. His experience is comprehensive and he is incredibly EASY to WORK WITH!!! I sing highest praises and will leave you with this: having Mark represent your home for sale will be one of the best decisions that you will make!

Mark gets the deals done. We have been using Mark Keene to help our investors locate and acquire rental properties in Northwest Indiana for a little over 2 years now. During that period he has helped us acquire 12 properties and we keep him on the lookout for properties that fit our model. Mark doesn't just set up an automatic search that spits out any and all listings, but, every morning along with the search he sends his evaluation of which properties among these fit our requirements the best.
