Mark is EXACTLY who you want representing your home for sale! This is something I realized throughout the process of selling. He got me 40k MORE than another realtor said that I would get!!! There were a couple of hiccups and Mark Keene simply handled them. He ALWAYS answered his phone/texts/emails. Excellent communicator. Kept me in the loop!!! In my 30 + years of real estate investing I have not seen his equal. My only regret is meeting him recently. NOTHING was a problem for Mark which made my life EASY PEASY. He knows the market. He knows construction. His experience is comprehensive and he is incredibly EASY to WORK WITH!!!
