In 2015, Mark assumed the role of a trainer at Alain Pinel/Compass Realtors in the East Bay, guiding and mentoring over 105 new agents. Their collective efforts have made a significant impact on the real estate landscape, achieving an impressive total of over $145 million in sales since 2015.
