I’m a Realtor with The Glen Realty, and I’ve spent more than 30 years living and working in the High Desert. That local experience has given me a firsthand understanding of Yucca Valley, the Morongo Basin and the different communities and properties that make this area unique.
I became a licensed Realtor in 2017 and have helped close more than 135 transactions, with over $34 million in closed sales volume during the past five years. I work with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, families, investors, relocation clients, second-home buyers, land buyers and sellers, and VA/military clients.
My real estate experience covers single-family homes, vacant land, rural and desert properties, investment properties, fixer-uppers, manufactured homes, multi-family properties and commercial real estate.
I have a particular interest in helping people who are buying land or rural property in the High Desert. These transactions can have different considerations than a traditional home purchase, and understanding the local market is important.
For sellers, I provide hands-on guidance with pricing, preparation, marketing and negotiations. I believe every property and every client has different needs, so I don’t believe in taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
