This was an Estate sale of my uncle's town home in Bowie Maryland that I was responsible for as his Estate Executor. He hooked me up with the best renovation contractor I've ever worked with before and the place looked better after the renovations than it did when it was brand new. This is now my 3rd time working with Mark (bought, sold, now bought again). Mark is very responsive, I don't think I ever waited over an hour for a response, even if it was late at night. He would always answer our calls even if unscheduled. Mark bent over backwards for us on this purchase. We had some bumps in the road with our buyers, one backed out and we needed another quick in order to get our new home and Mark made it happen! He will advocate for you, help you come up with a good offer and support you through the entire process, because believe me....the process of buying a house is not fun. Would definitely recommend Mark to anyone that needs to get rid of a home or to buy a new one. If my husband and I were to move again, we would definitely be going back to Mark!

I cannot give Mark enough praise! This was my first homebuying experience. He was extremely patient with all my questions regardless of how silly. He responded almost immediately to any text or email that I sent. During the settlement process he made a great catch in the contract which saved me quite a bit of money.When I moved in there was an issue with the kitchen faucet leaking. Mark immediately had someone come over, check it out and replace.
I will definitely recommend Mark to any friends, family or colleagues.
