Mark Prideaux has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He works as a real estate agent for RE/MAX Watermarke in the Jacksonville Beach, Florida. His love of everything real estate plays out in the investment market as well. Mark founded and operates an award winning remodel and construction company, Landmark Construction Inc. Through this venture, he has actively become involved in buying, repairing, and selling distressed homes. Additionally, his background includes working as a commercial real estate broker in the role of Senior Adviser at Marcus & Millichap.

Mark and his family have been residents of Jacksonville, Florida since 2007 and currently call Atlantic Beach home. He attends the Church of Eleven 22 and is actively involved in mentoring young men in The Kairos Prison Ministry Program. His heart for others and passion to make a difference has overflown into his career. Through hard work and pereverance, Mark is dedicated to helping his customers make their dreams a reality.
