I had a full career working in Finance and Marketing before looking into Real Estate. I found myself investing in the Real Estate market and decided it was time for a career shift 28 years ago. I wanted to work for myself, and Real Estate was where I knew I would go. Having worked in both Finance and Marketing before Real Estate I possess a unique view of the industry. I have done over 800 Real Estate transactions in my career. I specialize in Fist time home buyer, bank owned, REO property, Foreclosed property, Investor sales, estate property and commercial deals. I also earned my GRI, ABR and CDPE certifications while gaining a license in appraisal and attended several classes on foreclosure law with the law firm of Trott and Trott. My goal for my clients is to always get them the best bang for their buck. I believe in the philosophy of - If someone tells you the deal can’t be done, change the terms and make it work.
