Mark Shaftner

Our fun loving Director of Growth began his real estate career in 2003 with Pulte Homes where he served as a New Construction Sales Consultant, and “Top Gun” Sales Trainer for 7 years. In 2010 Mark joined an exciting real estate startup called Marketplace Homes. During his 5 year stint with the company, he served as Chief Operating Officer, helped expand the company into 9 different states, grow to over 100 employees, and eventually reach #99 on the Inc. 500 List.

In 2015 Mark took his career to the luxury real estate market and joined KW Domain. Since then, he has been a top producer in the market, Real Estate All Star, and Team Leader, with features in Real Producers of Oakland County, Hour Magazine, and Local 4 News.

As Director of Growth, Mark aids in agent attraction, growth, and retention. Mark offers 1-1 coaching with incoming agents and leads sales meetings and training sessions. Mark is one of the area’s top real estate content creators on social media and excelled in all things marketing related.
