Mark Shoptaw

Mark has 40 years of real estate experience from estates, land, timberland, recreational land, farmland, rental properties, investment properties, historic properties and more.

Mark obtained his Real Estate, Forestry Degree and Forest Fire Fighter Certification and joined his family business buying and selling land and timber. He has developed over a thousand acres of land and subdivisions.


After an active membership in the Kiwanis Club, he served as President of the historic restoration commission overseeing the development of many downtown projects and grant writing where he developed his expertise on restoration of historic homes & buildings.


Mark has been a music fan since he was a child and still writes and records songs in his home studio and loves to talk music trivia. He also loves the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman.
