Mark Tutor is a full-time real estate professional and has been selling Single-Family, Multi-Family, Vacant Land and New Home Construction for the past 18 years in Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding areas. Mark specializes in residential, multi-family and investment properties. Mark has successfully closed over $130 million in residential and multi-family properties in Northeast Florida since 2003. Placing an emphasis on market knowledge, professionalism, work ethic and integrity enables Mark to serve his customers in their best interest. Mark’s passion for helping his clients whether they are buying, selling or understanding the real estate market in Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach or surrounding areas is at the top priority and takes this responsibility fully.

Mark was born and raised in Memphis, TN and relocated to Jacksonville, FL in 1994. After many years of success in the Golf Industry as a PGA Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf and General Manager Mark transitioned into the wonderful world of Real Estate in 2003. Mark serves/coaches the Head Men’s Golf Coach and Golf Program Director for The Episcopal School of Jacksonville.

Mark loves golf, snow skiing, traveling, beach time and spending time with his wife Tyra and their two daughters Thea and Zoe. Mark enjoys volunteering at The Episcopal School of Jacksonville and other community opportunities.
