Mark was excellent. He had so much experience and knowledge in our VA Loan. We had given him a huge list of homes we wanted to see, without hesitation he showed us and also gave us advice on certain things that we missed when viewing a home. For example, one house we hadn't noticed was the kitchen floor was slanted, in another home he noticed all the firewood on the back deck stacked up against the house (termites) Once we found our home, we had nothing else to worry about.. Mark took care of all the negotiations and all, and all we had to do was deal with our bank and insurance company. Mark done it all! I highly recommend Mark. It was the best home buying experience we have ever had. No headaches, no worries, no surprises.. I love how professional he was. You won't regret using Mark Williams in selling or buying your home!!
