Mark Wilson

I was born and raised in the Mechanicsville area and currently live in Hanover County. My past occupational experiences have varied from commercial construction, to owner of a landscaping company, and an IT Professional/Manager. I started my career in Real Estate in 2006 just before the big flop and I have seen the ups and downs along the way! I also co own a local Class A construction company, (River City Home Services) and also an avid investor, from long term rentals, AirBnB to remodels and BRRRR.

I became a licensed Broker in 2015 and opened up RVA Realty in the fall of 2015. I am here to meet with you to discuss your home needs and help out any way I can. I know the Central Virginia area very well and more specifically, Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, New Kent, Goochland, and King William. I also have lots of experience with senior living, large tracts of land, Veterans and first time home-buyers. I love helping my clients sell there properties as each one is different and unique.
