About Markus

Markus was born in Switzerland. After successfully completing his education as a licensed Swiss Attorney-at-Law as well as a Masters-of-Law degree from the University of San Diego in 1996, Markus decided to switch gears and pursue a career in Real Estate here in San Diego. Markus realized how the internet and improvements in the area of home office technology have made the “brick & mortar” Real Estate office less and less appealing and satisfying. That is why Markus decided to open up a Brokerage that offers his agents more flexibility, freedom and much higher commission splits.

The skills and tools Markus acquired during his previous legal career are now applied and passed on to each of the agents at Pacific Real Estate Center:

Their approach to Real Estate is different and unique. Any agent can list a home and put up a sign.
