Dr. Marlene L. Garland-Hill is Broker of Marlene L. Garland Realty, Inc., and the CEO of the Marlene L. Garland Agency, Inc., dba Garland Agency Inc. Appreciating dynamic careers as a Real Estate Broker, Insurance Agency Chief Executive Officer, and Ordained Minister. Dr. Garland-Hill is also the founder of God’s Haven, a 501C3 Foundation, created to address the needs of Domestic Violence Victims. She is a published author, motivational speaker and international lecturer.

Dr. Garland-Hill is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, ACHE. Dr. Garland-Hill was the “Against All Odds-Lighting The Way” Honoree for her work in literature by the African Women Economic Consortium, (AWAC). Dr. Garland-Hill also served on the Governor Grandholms’ Minority Business Leaders Council from 2006-2007. She was named by the Contracting Association (BWCA) as the Best Business Entrepreneur of the Year 2006. Dr. Garland-Hill was also named as one of NAWBO's Top 10 Michigan Women Business Owners of Distinction for 2003.
