Marlene was great to work with. She helped us through the selling process and even helped the buyer's agent get their side of the deal taken care of. She had plenty of good advice for what needed to get done to make our house more marketable and for negotiating the final price. She also had contacts who could fix our house and get it set up for show.

I have both purchased AND sold a home through Marlene. My husband and I would have been completely overloaded with stress if she hadn't kept us on track and walked us through both processes with ease. The Bay Area market was quite intimidating to us and Marlene was very patient. She must have shown us more than thirty homes. We never felt rushed or as though we were inconveniencing her when we reached out with questions or wanted to see another house. When selling our home, Marlene had contacts with people who do excellent and quick handiwork. It sold quickly and we were able to concentrate entirely on our relocation to a different state. In addition to being a stellar realtor, Marlene is an unbelievably nice and genuine person who puts your best interests first. She won't quit until you find or sell that home. We recommend Marlene without a doubt and are so thankful we found her!

Marlene is AMAZING! She helped us buy and sell our first home and we couldn't have done it without her. She was there for us every step of the way since both buying & selling were new for us. She always gave us her undivided attention and help which made the process feel very seamless.

We encountered some new Oakland ordinances as were closing on the sale of our home and Marlene took the reins and problem solved for us. It could have cost us thousands and thousands of dollars + closing delays but Marlene took the time to find multiple estimates and resolve the issue -- we were able to close on time and pay next to nothing. We can't thank her enough!

I absolutely trust her opinion on the market and would recommend her 100%. I'm just sad that we're not in California anymore and have to find a new agent!
