Marley Bautista

Passionate about experiencing the flavors of our vibrant city and excited about the ever changing local market, Marley is inspired by Austin and all it has to offer. Marley has been a Realtor® since 2005 and has vast knowledge of real estate, both on the buying and selling sides of the transaction. As a Platinum Top 50 winner and finalist, she has performed at a high level in the Austin market. She was a multi-million-dollar producer through 2016, at which point she transitioned over to the Field Marketing Manager position for the CB Realty Central Texas Region.

With specialties in corporate and military relocation, Marley understands how to navigate the wide array of moving parts involved in an out-of-state or unexpected move to an unfamiliar area. With that in mind, she makes it her priority to help clients acclimate to the area and provides a wealth of area-specific information tailored to their needs. Having taught classes to first-time homebuyers, she also understands the intricacies of understanding real estate from a rookie perspective. She is also highly capable of creating a smooth transition for move-up buyers who must sell a home before purchasing the next one.

Having entered the investment market personally in 2014, Marley has firsthand knowledge of purchasing investment properties for resale. With an eye for design and an ability to spot a “diamond in the rough”, Marley will be an asset to you as you search for your own investment homes in Austin. When it comes to staging homes for resale, Marley uses that same skill set to prepare homes for the market. Marley’s highly developed home staging skills ensure the best possible buyer walk-through experience and encourages the highest possible sales price in the market for sellers.

As the Field Marketing Manager, Marley had the opportunity to help nearly 500 Austin-area agents to implement income-producing marketing strategies in their businesses. That skill set transitioned nicely into the Branch Manager role and she is now able to focus more heavily on helping agents improve their listing and buyer representation skills and developing marketing and business plans that will result in higher production.

Marley is the mother of two small children and has been married for 14 years to her Austin College sweetheart, who is the owner of the Austin Center for Therapy and Assessment, a psychology practice in south Austin. Together, as 3rd degree black belts in American karate, they instruct children and adults who attend the Austin Society of Karate at Dittmar Recreation Center in south Austin. Also, they share a strong love of the outdoors and live music and make an effort to expose their children to the music culture and natural beauty of Austin any time the opportunity presents itself. She and her husband feel blessed to live in such an amazing city, which has so much to offer its’ residents.
