About Marlon

Hello and thank you for reading about me. I started selling Real Estate in June of 1993 and started out working for some small local builders in the Sumner County area until 2003 when I went into foreclosed sales for several large banks. After the foreclosures dried up, I transitioned into general retail and commercial sales and have maintained a few of my new construction sellers. I have manage several rental units in the area. I have been a Lifetime Member of The Multi-Million Sales Club since 2000. I enjoy my family, golf, fishing, camping, and boating. I also own a small construction company named Dark Horse Construction Company of which I do renovations and small construction jobs when I can find the time.
