Marni is one of the sweetest people you could ever ask for in a real estate agent. She cares about you and the home you are trying to find. We spent a little over a year looking for a house with Marni. And she nailed our needs and wants in a house every time, we are the picky ones. After a looking high and low. We finally found our home. Marni has helped us with the sale of two homes and the purchase of another. Marni understands the ins and outs of the market and advised us the best way to approach our listings listings and offers to ensure the highest probability of getting acceptance. She never seemed frustrated, she was always very positive and willing to keep going and not try to rush us into something just to close a deal. Marni listened to our needs and kept us in check with ourselves by reminding us of things we ourselves mentioned we wanted or didn't want to help us really keep focus on getting the best possible result.
