It includes digging deep into market trends and the developments in the housing market; keeping up with the pricing and assessing the trends. As an investor in real estate, I have first-hand experience on the intricacies, complexities, uncertainty, and stress in pursuing that perfect deal. And as a real estate agent, I have the perfect channel to express my love for homes and my desire to see people make the right investments in life. With vast expertise and local market knowledge of the area, I not only offer my clients transactional help but also top it up with an aggressive approach to helping them locate good investment deals. I then employ vigorous negotiating skills to settle for the perfect price. My approach to real estate has not only been heavily influenced by my experience as a real estate investor but also by the discipline, hard work, and charisma as a former U.S Army soldier.
