Marsha and Paul Buxton are the best realtors we could ever dream off. Moving from a different country to US, there was lot to learn about buying a house in US, and they were patient to explain and guided us throughout the entire process. When there was any conflict with the builder, they were always on our side. Even after closing, I could still count with them on warranty issues, and to refer services. I recommend Team Buxton for anyone that is looking for a realtor!

My brothers and I had the great pleasure of working with Team Buxton as we had to move my mother to an assistant living facility. She owned a home at Brookdale Senior Living. We thought it was going to be hard to sell because we had to deal with the Senior Living establishment as well. Martha and Paul Buxton of Team Buxton took charge of everything. They sold our house in no time. As we were dealing with our mom, the Buxton's were taking care of everything else. What a relief it was.

A truly exceptional experience! Their concern and attention to my needs was nicely complemented by their exceptional knowledge of the area, and it's history and behind-the-scenes insider knowledge that only a connected and active insider can have. Marsha went out in a driving rain storm to stream video of a new property on the market while we were out of town and helped us bid and win this house that only showed one day.

My wife and I have been working with the Team Buxton to help us build our new home in Huntsville. Finding the right builder was a tedious task and they were with us every step of the way. Now that we have started the build, they have been extremely helpful, as we continue to work with the builder. Their endless hours of availability has been terrific, as I'm two time zones away.
