About Marsha

Marsha spent her youth in the southern states of Arkansas, Texas, and Florida. As an adult, she spent more than 15 years in the rural Midwest, farming, raising horses, and fundraising for therapeutic riding facilities. While living on 100 acres and renovating every inch of an 1889 limestone house, she learned that hard work and vision can transform almost any type of property from the inside to the landscaping.

The next chapter of life allowed her to follow a dream and move West to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. While she loved the area, family was calling, and she settled back south, trading the Tetons for a mountain fix in the Appalachians and Smokies.

She lived in downtown Asheville for four years, enjoying the eclectic vibe. She is proud to say she dined at every eatery outside her doorstep! Early in 2018, she purchased a home on the east side and had a renewed sense of the emotional rollercoaster the process can be. It was a great reminder of what her clients experience and her empathy, while already heightened, became even fresher.
