Marsha Smith

Born and raised in Loyal, WI on a dairy farm, Marsha was taught invaluable lessons and work ethic that have carried her through well into her adult life. Her four kids are her biggest blessings, and their sweet labradoodle fur buddy keeps them all active and outdoors. Ball and Frisbee are his favorites!

Marsha finds herself spending most of her free time adventuring - hiking, biking, boating and kayaking, bonfires, distance running, exploring WI and other travel. Her little piece of heaven at home is a true gift. She spends much of her time weekdays working the two businesses she runs from her home office, working out in her home gym, or sipping a hot cup of coffee while opening up her laptop on her back porch while enjoying the vast wildlife her home offers, tucked away in the woods.

Marsha enjoys doing the majority of her business in Marshfield, Loyal and the surrounding communities. Marsha the earlier part of her career in upper management, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. For the last 9 years, she works as an Online Health Coach, and competed in her first bodybuilding competition in 2022.

It has been an exciting and rather easy transition partnering with Century 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. as a way to diversify herself and her skill set, while finding yet another way for her to serve the community! The best part of what I do is seeing others have success in reaching their goals, whether that be in personal, fitness, business, or home ownership.
