Marshall Stretch

Marshall began his full-time career path at Total Quality Logistics (TQL) after a summer internship a year earlier and upon graduation from Ohio Dominican University with a major in Business Administration and minors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. While at TQL, known for the extremely high-pressure and competitive working environment, Marshall was able to develop and hone his prospecting, negotiating, customer service and communication skills. He was an integral part of a large sales team while also setting and meeting weekly personal goals for both cold calls and revenue. After only a year and a half, he was rewarded for his hard work, success and dedication with a promotion to a group leadership position. After working at TQL more than 2 years, Marshall joined the team of NRRG in September, 2019, but had actually been exposed to real estate in various capacities his entire life as his grandparents and parents all own commercial and residential investment properties. At the age of 12, he landed his first paying job hand-picking trash at retail, office and flex centers once a day, 365 days a year- a position he held until he graduated from high school. Once he was able to drive, he was able to also play an important role for the property manager by developing a rapport with tenants and providing reports on any aspects of the properties that needed attention giving him a keen eye for details and the overall workings of commercial properties. Marshall is now set on immersing himself in commercial real estate sales and leasing as his lifetime career path. The skills he has developed over the past 10 years will put him in a strong position to be a valuable partner in helping his clients achieve their commercial real estate goals.
