Marta Batmasian

Marta Batmasian is Co-Founder of Investments Limited. Marta grew an emerging real estate portfolio from a few Boston, Massachusetts residential buildings to hundreds of apartment units. While traveling in Florida in 1983, she and husband James Batmasian took note of the opportunity in developing the coastal area into residential, retirement, and supportive retail uses. Marta has extensive commercial real estate and executive leadership experience, while also remaining active in the community through various philanthropic organizations.
