THE BEST REALTOR!! My boyfriend and I are first time home owners. Marta was diligent in finding us the right home that both of us wanted. Once we found our dream home, she made sure to be there every step of the way. It was an easy process between us and the seller because of Marta. She was super knowledgeable on inspectors and people to call if we needed additional testing or repairs . Buying a home is one of the biggest stresses, but I felt confident going in knowing Marta had my back. You NEED to call her!

The selling of your home or even buying a home is stressful enough however Marta takes her time to explain things so you feel comfortable with the step your about to make .

Marta Powell is an amazing Real Estate agent. Your journey of buying or selling becomes a instant determination to give her clients the best experience possible. I have had the privilege of connecting with Marta through my daughters first experience of buying her very first home in April of this year. She was professional, responsive and very patient with my daughter through the whole process. Even through these Covid times Marta has been positive and efficient when dealing with us. We had such a great experience with her that I, 6 months later asked her to sell my home. It was a very difficult thing for me to do as I was very indecisive and struggling with whether I should sell my home. Marta was like an Angel sent from heaven. Marta is very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selling our house. She guided us through the renovation of our home to ensure it would easily sell within the Current market. She prepared the house for photos and the professional photographer she brought in helped the house sell quickly in the market. It sold for a higher price than most homes in the area were priced at and a buyer was found in only a few days. Marta kept us well informed in the process and in helping solve problems that came up, and was very good in meeting with us when we needed to,. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home for a good deal and for good guidance throughout the process.
