Martha Giancola

A third generation Princetonian, Martha Tattersall Giancola was born and raised in Princeton and has been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1988. Martha attended Princeton Day School and graduated from The Garrison Forest School and Pine Manor College. After college, Martha returned to Princeton and married her husband, who also grew up in Princeton and graduated from Princeton High School. Their son attended the Princeton Regional Schools graduating from the high school in 2006.

Martha's knowledge of the local market is extensive. Ask her about almost any property in the Princeton area and chances are she'll be able to tell you something about it. If she doesn't know, she will find out. She is honest, works hard and does her homework. Most of Martha's business comes from past clients. She has sold properties to three generations of the same family and finds matching people with properties one of the most satisfying aspects of this profession. She will do her best to make the process of selling or buying your home a pleasant experience. Ask anyone she has worked with-you can trust her with your next real estate transaction.

Martha is also the Director of Relocation for Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty. In this capacity, Martha has developed a wonderful network of relationships through the Sotheby's International Realty community and has helped buyers and sellers find experienced agents to help them with their real estate needs anywhere in the world.

Martha also finds time to remain involved in this community that means so much to her and her family. She has served as President of the PTO at Johnson Park School, is a member and past President of the Contemporary Garden Club, is a member of the Altar Guild at Trinity Church and serves on the board of Trinity Counseling Service.

Martha loves selling real estate in Princeton and the surrounding areas. Not many people are fortunate enough to say that they like going to work and love what they do. Martha is one of those lucky people
