Martha Martinez

Washington, D.C., area native Martha Martinez has been a Real Estate agent for nearly a decade. Currently aligned as an Associate Broker with Long and Foster—the largest privately-owned real estate company in the nation and fourth largest overall—she works out of its College Park, Md., office, serving metropolitan D.C. and Baltimore, and five surrounding counties.

Named Rookie of the Year in 2007, Martinez maintains stature as a top 10 agent in her regional office, thanks to persistent dedication in helping customers not only sell and purchase their homes, but also educating them throughout what can be a challenging and confusing transaction. Understanding that buying a home is the most important purchase of an individual or family’s life, she has conducted countless seminars to help clients understand the process. Martinez also works with REO & short sales via direct alignment with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. She has recently joined the Long & Foster training department in sharing her knowledge with new Real Estate agents.

Before joining the Real Estate business, she worked in Healthcare Management.
