About Martha

During one phase of my life I moved eight times in 16 years. In all, I’ve moved close to 20 times. Talk about a moving experience! When I began my real estate career, I took an inventory of all the things I’d wished my agents had done for me (and hadn’t), and incorporated them into my business. Things like really listening to clients and understanding their goals, putting their interests first, and always being prepared with up-to-date market information. Maybe this sounds like common sense, but it doesn’t always happen. Ask me how I know! My friends and family say I’m honest, straightforward, smart and dependable. Also joyful, outgoing, fun, gregarious, spiritual and open-minded. Taking all that into account, my other occupation—life coach—is a good fit. REALTORs® and life coaches rely on many of the same skills. In both, my role is educator and guide, helping my clients develop the confidence and master the information they need. My goal is to listen to your needs and provide my professional advice to help you make the most informed decision. Sometimes my help gets even more personal—and physical. Twice I’ve helped a client pack her belongings on the same day a sale closed. Now this client calls me her “full-service REALTOR®.” My business is built on referrals, which are the highest compliments a client can give an agent. There’s no better way to show your satisfaction with a transaction, and all the work that leads up to it, than to share your REALTOR®’s name with your family and friends. Pleased clients give referrals; unhappy ones never do.
