Martha Saly

Martha is passionate about helping people make home buying and selling choices that are right for now and into the future. Her first priority is to advocate for your needs by negotiating the best deal possible. She does this by listening to you and representing your best interest. She believes in serving her clients by building strong relationships and perpetuating bonds of trust and friendship.

Whether helping with country property or an in-town dwelling, she guides her clients in making informed decisions about the type and location of homes that are appropriate for their needs and lifestyle. When working with home-sellers, she oversees every aspect of preparation, pricing, and negotiating a great deal to make the process as stress free as possible.

It is important to Martha to give back to her community. She serves on the board of directors of Latino Service Providers and support the work of The Livingroom, a program for homeless women. For every transaction she closes, she gives a donation to a nonprofit of her client's choice. Some of the programs she has supported in honor of her clients include Face-to-Face, the Ceres Project, ArtStart, Sonoma County Animal Shelters, Alzheimer's Association, and St. Judes Children's Hospital.
