About Martha

Martha is passionate about helping people make home buying and selling choices that are right for now and into the future. Her first priority is to advocate for your needs by negotiating the best deal possible. She does this by listening to you and representing your best interest. It is important to Martha to give back to her community. She serves on the board of directors of Latino Service Providers and support the work of The Livingroom, a program for homeless women. For every transaction she closes, she gives a donation to a nonprofit of her client's choice. Some of the programs she has supported in honor of her clients include Face-to-Face, the Ceres Project, ArtStart, Sonoma County Animal Shelters, Alzheimer's Association, and St. Judes Children's Hospital.
