We have used the Luna Team for three property sales. They were amazing for each one. They are always available for questions. They have their handymen suggestion list ready and the people show up to do the work as expected. The handymen are reasonably priced. The Lunas know the market well and how best to list a home or property to get the best price. They are honest about the property 's value and the market. Martin and his team helped us find the perfect home for our family in the middle of a pandemic and with a tough market. The Luna Team is absolutely amazing and highly recommended! This is the second time they have helped me and my family buy a home. With the competitive market in Asheville, the first time they helped us buy our home, we were able to go from the backup offer to the accepted offer quickly. Our first home purchase in Asheville was pretty easy, thanks to The Luna Team!

Our second purchase and the sale of our first home was much more complicated, although, there were some easy and fun parts. We went under contract for a new build and at the same time listed our home for sale. They made listing and showing the home super easy! As a working mother (and working from home!) of two, The Luna Team let me know exactly what they needed from me and took care of the rest so all I had to do was wait. Throughout the sale of our home and the purchase of the new home, there were many bumps in the road but I had the wonderful support of the entire Luna Team. If I had a question, they quickly replied via email, call or text; when I was freaking out, they guided me through the process; and even when I thought it would all fall apart, they were there with a level-head on their shoulders.

Thanks to The Luna Team, we are settled in our new home and have never been happier!

I'm a first-time home buyer and The Luna Team helped me through everything. Martin, Christine, and Madeline were always there to answer any questions I had. I honestly don't know how I would've gone through the intricate process of buying my home. They helped from looking for the right home for me to getting in contact with a lender, inspector, an appraiser, and utility companies. Martin, Christine and Madeline were amazing!!! They not only helped us sell our home, a rental for my parents, but also helped us find the home of our dreams a couple weeks ago. Their caring attitude is what impresses me the most. They are truly wanting to help you do what you feel is best for you. After selling our home, we quickly put in an offer on a house we ended up backing out on. We felt terrible, but we're told through the entire process, to do what is best for us. Their patience with us through this process was amazing. I have already referred friends of ours to their team, as I feel they want what is best for the client. They are not out for their best interest, but for the best interest of their clients. We can't recommend them highly enough!!!
