I have worked along side Martin for several years now. It is evident from the way he treats and is treated by his clients that he is a warm, caring, professional. His attention to detail and desire to make sure his clients needs are met is quite apparent. Martin is honest, reliable, and persistent, all the best qualities of a great deal maker. Martin made our transition to Gig Harbor completely seamless. He worked with our builder throughout the process and helped us to understand the otherwise complex and daunting paperwork and processes to get us into our new home. Most importantly, he advocated for us when it seemed the deal might fall apart and we would lose our construction deposit. Because of Martin, we have a wonderful home in an outstanding neighborhood.
