Martin Rubin

Martin Rubin has been representing buyers and sellers of real estate in the greater Ft. Lauderdale area since 2002. He is a Certified Residential Specialist – the highest designation awarded to residential sales associates, based on education and sales volume and earned by less than 3% of REALTORS® nationwide. His background as a former mortgage broker helps sellers to evaluate buyers’ financial qualifications and helps buyers successfully navigate the loan approval process. Martin has chaired the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees of REALTORS® of the Palm Beaches & Greater Ft. Lauderdale – the 3rd largest REALTOR® association in the U.S. – chairing hearing panels dealing with ethics violation complaints against REALTORS® and with the arbitration of commission disputes between brokers. He is an expert on the implementation and enforcement of the complex ethical requirements imposed by the National Association of REALTORS®. He is also a nationally certified mediator. And notably, he is a bona fide user of the product he sells; he is currently actually living in a house.
