About Marty

Marty Green is the Principal Broker and Owner of Marty Green Properties, LLC, headquartered in Northbridge, Massachusetts. Green has been an active member of the Central Massachusetts Board of Realtors since 2005 and a Broker for nearly ten years. Green’s decade of experience in the areas of Residential, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, as well as Property Management, make him a leader, innovator and driving force in the industry.

Green previously served as the Executive Director as well as the Economic Development Director of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce. While there, he was awarded the Worcester Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award, which recognizes local business leaders. At the helm of the Chamber, Green developed and implemented the first Blackstone Valley Business Expo, a now long-standing tradition; attended by thousands of business owners and residents of the Blackstone Valley.

In his role as BVCC Executive Director, as well as his previous elected position on the Northbridge Board of Selectman, Green began developing valuable relationships with business leaders and owners across the Blackstone Valley.

Marty Green Properties, LLC has been in business since 2013. Green and his realtors all share a high standard of success. Marty Green Properties encompasses the state of Massachusetts with Leases, Sales and Property Management roles ranging from Greenfield to Chatham. Marty Green stands apart from his competition with his rooted connections and deep knowledge base and experience.

Green earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Worcester State University, and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Framingham State University. Green is currently a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Board of Realtors and recently ran for State Representative for the 9th Worcester District.

Throughout his career, Green has had a special interest in Education. Green co-founded the Blackstone Valley Education Foundation which provides grants for both teachers and students. He also sat on numerous school committees for superintendent selections and currently sits on the Worcester Catholic Diocese School Board.

Marty Green resides in Northbridge, MA with his wife and two children; where he is a member of Whitinsville Golf Club and St. Patrick’s Parish. Green is a committed neighborhood volunteer. He and his wife lead a team of volunteers at the John 21 Community Breakfast at St. Patrick’s, he is also a frequent helping hand at the United Presbyterian’s Peace of Bread Food Pantry.
