Marty worked with me to sell a family home. He provided honest feedback and suggestions regarding what needed to be done to prepare the house for listing. He held an open house over a weekend and we ended up with 8 offers on the house. He walked me through each offer so I could decide on which one was best for my situation. While we had a couple of mishaps with communications, Marty was responsive and on top of things during the whole process. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I would use him again the next time I need to sell a house.

Marty Welsh came highly recommended and was absolutely great to work with! My sister and I made the decision to leave apartment/rent life behind us for good. We're first-time home buyers and Marty was with us every step of the way; from looking at houses at a moment's notice to explaining the pros and cons of each house we looked at, Marty made sure we were well informed before making that major decision on the home we'd eventually buy. The market is tough right now but having Marty by our side while we found the right house for us helped us understand and appreciate the process. We made several offers on a few houses and our offer was accepted on the third try. We closed three and a half weeks later! We've been in the house a little over a week, moving and making it ours. Looking back, the house we're in now is the one that was meant for us! We love our new home!
