I told her that I was looking to buy a condo, and she showed me about ten condos in one afternoon--a Saturday afternoon, which is generally far more convenient for me than during the week. She distinguished between better and worse options, rather than trying to sell me on everything. She allowed me to bring my friend, who is very knowledgeable about houses and renovation, along, and accepted his comments and suggestions. She seems willing to work 6 or 7 days a week and communicate through text message as well as email and phone. I ended up buying what looks like it will be an excellent condo.
