Marvin Jensen

Marvin Jensen is an Associate Broker and Premier Director at Windermere Real Estate – Utah, and creator of the Simpler Living Method — a four-step, concierge-level process built specifically for Salt Lake City empty nesters and downsizers. From the first conversation through closing, Marvin is his clients' single point of contact, coordinating everything from valuation and staging to vendor logistics and negotiation.

Marvin started in real estate as a college senior, buying his first property — a triplex — with a friend. He later worked in commercial and investment real estate before settling into residential, where he's built his career around helping clients navigate one of life's harder transitions. After sorting through his own parents' home of sixty years, he built his process so his clients get support his family didn't have.

When he's not working, you'll find him mountain biking, hiking Salt Lake's canyons, or beach-camping in Baja with his dog, Winston.
