Marvin Julich

I am dedicated to serving your real estate transactions needs in North Alabama. I have been in North Alabama for over 40 years and I have the knowledge and expertise to serve you in your residential, investment property or commercial needs. I am involved with the HANDS Home, Junior achievement, Dixie Youth Baseball, school PTA’s, Decatur Kiwanis Club and currently President of the Morgan/Decatur Farmer’s Market. I graduated from Decatur City Schools and received a BS and MS from Auburn University. My wife Nancy is an English teacher in Decatur City Schools and Calhoun Community College. We have two children and four grand children. We are both active at Central Baptist Church where we both teach Sunday school and I serve as a Deacon and my wife is in the choir.
