About Marvin

Marvin Sumlin is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He has an extensive background that extends over 10 years in processing both Real Estate/Commercial Loans. While employed with a local financial institution he served as Lead Conversion/Acquisitions Coordinator which allowed him to receive specialized training (documents, funding etc.) in the area of Real Estate. Eventually this started a spark and passion that subsequently aloud him to purchase six homes of his own in which two were new constructions and three investments properties. Marvin's desire is to help educate clients in the area of home ownership.
