About Mary

Kim has been a licensed Agent since July 2001 and has lived in Arizona since 1985. She has owned horses all her life and has been very active in the horse community in Arizona for over 26 years. She specializes in the horse related properties from the small one-acre homes to large ranches, as well as large land purchases, her largest land accusation being over 500 acres.

Kim has sold every type of property and dealt with ever kind of buyer. From the back yard horse lover to large working ranches, she has a special knack for knowing the how to help clients buy or sell horse property and all the special issues that arise from such a special type of property. She has helped all types of buyers: big or small, local or international, professional athletes, musicians, world renowned business executives, or just plain old cowpokes. She has developed a great team of professionals to assist her buyers and sellers with almost any need that may arise.

The market has changed since Kim started her career in real estate and with it, she has had to keep educated on the changes and the challenges that go hand and hand. She recently finished a program that gives her the MSSC designation, Master Short Sale Consultant.

Prior to the Real Estate Industry, Kim worked in the home health care industry for over 25 years as a sales and marketing manager for the western United States, sales trainer, and a managed care contract director.

She and her husband own an Italian restaurant in the Biltmore area. One that just happens to be the best in the southwest! The L’Amore Restaurant is located at 32nd street and Lincoln in Phoenix, Arizona. They both compete in long distance endurance riding, and she was a member of the 2003 Pan American Endurance Team representing the United States. She has over 7000 endurance miles and seventeen 100-mile completions including five Tevis Cup 100-mile completions. They also own a small back yard horse boarding facility.

What makes Kim a successful agent is that she exerts the same determination she uses when competing in the 100-mile endurance rides as she does when helping people to be successful in the pursuit of their real estate dreams.
