Mary Ann is a native of Southeastern Pennsylvania that has relocated multiple times - east coast to the west coast - and now she is settled back in beautiful Chester County, Pennsylvania. She totally understands the stress and work involved with relocating your home. She has been married to Dr. Richard Kusenda for seventeen years. She earned her Masters of Business Administration from Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, plus certificates of completion in salesmanship and negotiation at Karrass, Holden, Impax, Dale Carnegie, SAMA University and many more. Mary Ann enjoys volunteering at her church, caring for her twin Yorkshire Terriers, artwork, gardening, exercising and enjoying the great outdoors, especially hiking around Marsh Creek and the Brandywine River.
