Mary Barrera is the best Realtor I have ever used in Cincinnati. She exceeds expectations in every aspect and helped us make a big profit on the house. Prior to selecting Mary, I have interviewed six realtors who specialized and successful in my zip code. None of them compared to the knowledge, insights, and process-driven approach to selling that Mary demonstrated.

I was living out of state at the time Mary helped us sell the house. She layout a plan on how to get the house ready for market, was on-site every single day to make sure the contractors are doing their job (she even personally spent 6 hours trimming the bushes and laying down mulch because the landscaping was not up to her standard). I am a very opinionated person, but not once did I overrule her recommendations because she cared for our house as if it was her own. With each decision and each dollar spent, she was extremely careful and deliberate, so we were always comfortable leaving it in her trusted hands. I would not use anyone else for real estate in the Cincinnati area

Helped us with getting the house ready to go on the market and then managing the showings and sales with us out of town and then during the pandemic. Helped us through the closing which had to be done via email and the internet.
Brought the few leftovers that we were unable to come back for to us in our new place - observing all the pandemic restrictions. REALLY appreciated this.

Mary helped us sell our previous home and buy our new home in literally less than a week! We looked at 16 houses in 3 days. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision to; in fact, she even reminded us of our "must haves" when a house we viewed did not meet the criteria we communicated to her beforehand.

Mary was the best professional in her class from start to finish, really a one-of-a kind superstar. She handled everything with such expertise and precision. We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor or experience.

Mary's attention to detail came in handy when it was closing time. She not only helped us negotiate a better price based on her expert knowledge of the market, she advocated and won additional money for us at closing based on needed repairs discovered in the inspection.
