Honestly I don't have the words to describe how wonderful Mary Beth is. She is the BEST realtor I could have possibly had. Buying a house in this market (May 2022) is a difficult, frustrating, and time-consuming experience, but Mary Beth going above and beyond is an understatement. The first time I met her she said "it's not about the real estate for me, it's about the people" and it's true. She wanted the best for me and my husband from the beginning and through 6 months of this process she has been nothing but supportive, patient and practical, and I'm thrilled to say yesterday I signed on our dream home. I truly believe if I had another realtor, I would not have ended up in the perfect home for us given these difficult conditions. She is an expert at navigating this market, and is highly respected by lenders, inspectors, and more. She also is an expert in helping clients looking to move from a different area (I moved from the Pacific Northwest). I cannot recommend Mary Beth enough - in fact my mother is buying a home with her now, too! Thank you, Mary Beth!!!

Mary Beth Henderson is a superb realtor who combines a commitment to focusing on her client's priorities with her own deep knowledge of the real estate market in Atlanta. My move here from the west coast had lots of stress points--I am a widow in my 70s, I had never before lived in a condo, I don't know Atlanta well, I had somewhat limited funds especially in a wild sellers' market. Mary Beth worked with me remotely for several months before my planned move date patiently helping me learn options in the areas I was interested in. Together we narrowed down possibilities and identified some +55 and up communities that seemed ideal. So ideal, in fact, that it was obvious that properties there were under contract within a day or so of hitting the market. Because Mary Beth had demonstrated both her expertise and her trustworthiness, and without seeing it in person, I actually put in a contract on a property within hours of its hitting the market--and with her astute advice, mine was the winning contract. She had visited several other properties for me but had advised me they were not right for me. When she saw this one, she said "this is the one" and I knew I could trust her judgment. When we finally met in person, I found her to be a kind, efficient, and delightful person to work with. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind--crucial qualities in a realtor and Mary Beth gets an A+ on all counts.

Selling a home during a pandemic is not ideal. Marybeth went out of her way to make everything go smoothly. She gave good advice and treated me as if I were her most important client even though I was selling a moderately priced home and not a mansion. Marybeth is more than just a realtor! Throughout our house hunting journey she became a part of our family.
