Mary Bruno was referred to us through Bardwell Residences in Aurora, IL when we were making plans to move mom there from the house her and my dad built back when I was born. Highly recommend Mary. She did a great job helping me with the sale of my home. She had deep knowledge of the neighborhood/market I was selling in and helped me price the property right. Within a few days I had multiple offers on the property and it sold above asking price. Mary also provided excellent guidance on which repairs/updates needed to be completed to attract buyers and which didn't, which helped maximize the value on the sale.
