I will also create a marketing plan that includes not just technology, but also the delicate touch that many sellers are looking for, through open houses and showing the property myself. Once the home is under contract, my services will continue to be sure all t's are crossed and i's are dotted when it comes to documentation, inspections, and qualifications of the potential buyer. If the clients are Buyers... Listening to what they want in a home, both the "absolutes" as well as the "would be nice" amenities, I will customize a plan that will provide all the homes in the area that are in their price range, and meet their needs. Clients will have representation from the very first home I show them, through negotiations, finance approval, inspections, the escrow process, closing, and afterwards as our relationship will not stop there. My clients often become close friends and I will always be there for them.
